Use : allows sowing on a 8cm wide strip. The seeds are distributed randomly in the width of the strip. Mainly used for radishes, sometimes carrots and turnips, for better soil occupation, resulting in better-growing vegetables. Can replace the standard coulter (for a linear sowing). Replacement time: approx. 5 minutes.

Notice : sowing on a 8cm strip may require more density. Then, it could involve a higher density setting, even a disc sorting more seeds at once (with more teeth / notches / holes).

Compatibility : MS 21, MS 22, MS 23 and SJ manual seeders (all in "Dynamic" or "Expert" versions), since 2017

Caution : not compatible with SU 201 seeders

Use : the distribution unit requires a certain level of seeds inside the hopper, for the good selection and distribution of the seeds. However, for farmers who sow small quantities, the seeds hopper may be too large. This plate reduces the minimum quantity of seeds in the hopper for regular sowing (as well as the quantity remaining in the hopper at the end of sowing).
