orders placed on the online shop of the site ebra-semoir.fr, the buyer pays the total amount by credit card at the time of ordering.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2847\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"7\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2847\"><div>\n<p>In the event of total or partial non-payment of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer must pay SEPEBA EBRA a late payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate.<br>The legal interest rate is that in force on the date of delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"info-bubble\">From January 1, 2015, the legal interest rate will be revised every 6 months.&nbsp;<span class=\"secondary-text\">(Ordinance No. 2014-947 of August 20, 2014)<\/span>.<\/span><br>This penalty is calculated on the amount (including tax) of the outstanding sum and runs from the due date of the price without any prior formal notice being required.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>In addition to the late payment penalties, any sum, including the deposit, not paid on its due date will automatically give rise to the payment of a fixed penalty of 40 euros due for collection costs.<br><span class=\"secondary-text\"><em>Articles 441-6, I paragraph 12 and D. 441-5&nbsp;<\/em><\/span><em><span In this respect, if the buyer is the subject of judicial settlement or judicial liquidation, SEPEBA EBRA reserves the right to claim, within the collective procedure, the goods sold and remaining unpaid.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-28410\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"10\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-28410\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Delivery<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-28410\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"10\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-28410\"><div data-id=\"da9314c\" data-element_type=\"text-editor.default\"><div><p>The delivery is made :<\/p><ul><li>by handing over the goods directly to the buyer;<\/li><li>or by sending a notice of availability in shop to the buyer;<\/li><li>or at the place indicated by the purchaser on the order form.<\/li><\/ul>The delivery time indicated when the order is placed is given as an indication only and is in no way guaranteed.<\/div><div>Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products shall not give rise to :<\/div><div><ul><li>payment of damages and penalties;<\/li><li>cancellation of the order.<\/li><\/ul>The transport risk is borne entirely by the buyer.<br \/>In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the purchaser must issue all necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the goods.
